Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa International
3.5 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1184)
"A phenomenal stay. The Richmond Premier International was great throughout. Plenty of dining options just within the building itself and hundreds to choose from right outside of it. The building was clean and in tip top shape. One of my favorite things was the water dispenser and access to a laundry washer and drier. Made everything super convenient, no need to get extra bottles of water when you can just refill with hot, room temp, or cold water! My only gripe and it isn’t necessarily...

HOTEL AMANEK Asakusa Ekimae
3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (564)
"We like the location, easy to access via bus from Tokyo Station or subway, but the subway is usually too crowded for visitors to navigate with luggage in tow. The subway is the best way to go places without baggage over buses. Being in Asakusa, a block from the riverwalk, and nearby Skytree made walking around the area a good hotel to be at. The rooftop view was sensational. The only drawback for us was how small and cramped the room was. Its only window faces a building wall and can only open...

"Great receptionist -- I had lost my backpack on the skyliner and the receptionist (didn't get her name) helped me contact the station to get it back! I was able to head over and retrieve my belongings. While the room is a bit cramped, the hotel has all the required amenities and is as expected for a budget stay that's not a hotel. The location itself is alright. If you're looking to stay in Asakusa, then look no further. But, if you're looking for somewhere more lively at night with more...

"*Rooms were spacious *Personalized room wifi *Rooftop balcony *Outdoor seating area *Close to Sensoji temple and shopping areas What i didn't like about the hotel was the check in process. We had to check ourselves on a computer instead of having the front desk agents do it for us. Which they were 5 feet away. I don't know if thats a new thing now but that was just a confusing situation. Other than that they were helpful with other questions i had."
