"The staff was friendly but english language skills were so so. There was no ironing board; one of the faucets were leaking throughout our stay which kept the washroom floor wet. I requested the front desk to fix it and showed the video to them but it was not fixed during our stay. "Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate...

"I would have given this a 5 star, but: 1) there was no VIP wellcome. 2) No basic cooking utensils. 3) Oven was not working. 4) Parking on site is expensive. "The staff were nice, always accommodating any requests and offer assistance. The view of the pyramids from the hotel is excellent. While the exterior area may not be as impressive—given the presence of various animals like camels, horses, and donkeys—this is beyond the hotel's control. However, the hotel's unbeatable proximity to the pyramids makes it an ideal location."

"It was such a pleasant surprise when I found the big pyramids in the morning from my window, after arriving there late at night before. Too bad this area is dirty, noisy and looks unsafe to walk around. This property offers good breakfast with great view of pyramids and sphinx. I chose to cut my stay short there and flew to Luxor. "

"The staff at Pyramids View In hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The view of the pyramids/ sphinx from the rooms were immaculate and beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning! The staff even surprised us with a cake for our birthday! loved the convenient location, as for attractions out of walking distance, the hotel staff were able to arrange drivers for activities same day! Overall an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!"
