"We loved our room; so much space and the views were magnificent. It is a long haul up a steep hotel, but the staff are there with golf buggies to ferry you up and down. It is noisy however late evenings, mainly due to the sports bar next door, but the only real problem was Karaoke night! Hotel does provide ear plugs if you want an early, quiet night. NO food onsite, but plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars close by."

"Business trip, so I prefer a comfortable hotel, that's quiet at night. This one certainly is. The rooms were refurbished a year ago & are very well set up. Mine had a decent kitchen & an excellent shower. Two double beds & plenty of space. But bring a decent fly spray as the mossies get in. Plus, the restaurant isnt the best but the local food delivery app works very well."

"This was my second time staying at the Catamaran hotel. My experience again was lovely and peaceful. The location is perfect, because I like quieter hotels. I don't enjoy the big hotel chains, because they can be loud and I feel the experience is not always enjoyable. The other pro of this hotel is that it has a private beach and beach loungers which is very nice. Close to English harbour and all the main tourist attractions e.g. Shirley heights , Nelson dockyard to name a few. Pigeon point...

"The place is not modern however it was nice for what we needed. The water was hot, the a/c worked. The location was centrally located. We walked to Dickerson Bay which was about 20 minutes. The cab to town was $20 and it’s about 20 mins from the airport or a $25 cab ride. "
