"I'd say that it's a very nice budget type hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. You can get a good breakfast and dinner at their restaurant (if you pay extra). There isn't much to do around in the evening. It's about 10 minutes walk to the village, but there isn't mich there either. One thing I don't understand is why people put a (transparent) window in the bathroom, without any blinds, facing the backyard. "

"personnel très sympathique, agréable et professionnel qui compense la vétusté de l’hôtel et le manque d’entretien: jacuzzi qui fuit dans la salle de petit déjeuner, pas d’eau chaude ni de pression pour la douche du soir, fuite d’eau du toit dans la chambre ….personnel à l’écoute mais impuissant… À noter également que les zones communes (piscine réception salon…) sont totalement fermées de 12h à 16h. Si la météo est défavorable, vous êtes contraint de rester dans votre chambre. Séjour correct...

"The Ubaye Valley and surrounding mountains are scenically one of the most spectacular in the Alpes Maritimes and the area offers attractions and activities for all the family, both in winter and summer. The Bel Air is an ideal base for one's stay, and while the welcome is great one must remember that one is staying in a two-star hotel and mark accordingly. Certainly, it doesn't live up to the 5 stars that many guests give it, especially when compared to hotels that cost many times the modest...
