"We booked a room at Sama Sama Express for a day as we got to know that our flight had got delayed and the lay-over was now 11 hours. Wise decision. Apart from benefit of staying within the airport, the Sama Sama Express was very comfortable and relaxing. My 80 year old mother got to sleep for about 4 hours and I got to take a shower and sleep. Check-in was listed as 2pm 2) Toilet was broken and no soap was provided 3) Broken window that could not close in the room let in all noise from busy street 4) Room was hosed down to clean it making everything in room and bathroom wet, including the toilet paper. Dark hairs still in the bathroom sink 5) Received smaller room than booking 6) No water or basic toiletries like shampoo provided "

The area was one of the homeless hotspots at night. They were not a problem and kept themselves to themselves. Nice people going through hard times. I would consider staying again. "
