Unfortunately breakfast is started late at 8 a. m and as we are travelling an earlier start at 7.30a.m would be better as the service was very slow. "The front picture is the thermal baths, not the hotel. This said, as a 2*, it is great. Close to the ski lift and the town centre. Could not be located much better. The manager and staff were fab too. Very helpful. The bed was a bit hard for me and the pillows not great. But this may just be me. My partner was fine. Highly recommend. "

"Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear balcony/patio, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photo. Basically this is a dormitory-style place for young foolish skiiers and not much else."

Petit bemol pour l'epicerie, pas trop de produits mais possibilité de commander le pain pour le lendemain. Restaurant joliment décoré et personnel très attentif, juste petit effort a faire sur les patatas bravas congelées et les pizzas. "What is not to love about this place! Immaculate, the best food in Benasque, courteous staff who treated us like family. It had very comfortable beds. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The town itself in perfect for hiking, exploring, canyoning, hang glideing, skiing, whatever interests you is nearby."
