"The hotel was very nice and well located near to a train station. The hotel staff that we did interact with were fantastic with great customer service. The only let down was the breakfast buffet which we only went to on the last day. Unfortunately the food wasn't up to much, variety was lacking and there were probably too few staff to manage the hoards."

The pool is great especially at night. Location for KLIA is perfect, very short transfer and the hotel has a shuttle service. Overall we were very happy with the stay and will return on next visit to KL"
