"1. The room smells of heavy smoke even from the bedsheets! This is a smokers room paradise 2. The bathroom clogged up easily 3. The room was so small like a penitentiary cell. Can’t even fit a chair in room ! 4. The short Indian guy at counter extremely rude. Said Wifi in all the rooms the same ! 5. The Wifi was absolutely non existent. Hardly was able to connect 6. I demand one day refund! I only stayed one night & had to leave. That room was toxic !"

Maybe ours room at ground floor . Not sure how about 1st floor . Room size ok , but ours bathroom without a window, a bit smelly, but other things all good . Night life ~ Bar around “ Lady stand on road side … … "

"It was a pleasant stay and escape from the craziness of George Town. There is a bus station conveniently nearby that made it feasible. Staff was always available and able to resolve issue promptly. If only the air conditioning was working, it would be perfect. But the swimming pool was good."

"The room was super warm and humid. The windows couldn't shut fully and had incects coming in. The opposite of the property have chickens and dogs that will make noise super early in the morning. There were some lion dance practices till late at night. The room have no poles/hooks to hang stuff. Only have a small row of hooks behind the door. The property wall had tissue paper stuffed in it and multiple defects on the wall. The property has very noisy flooring, I can hear everyone walking...

"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."

"Complaint against the Hotel which collected extra charges of twenty Malaysian ringgit (RM20.00). Such charges should have been collected by Expedia when I booked the hotel room. Complaint against Expedia which does not follow up my complaint even after I have sent the scan copy of receipt of those extra charges via email. Of course, the receipt was obtained only after the severe disputes with Hotel. The Hotel is unreasonable. "
