"We attended an indoor College Track meet at MSJ University. It was our son's 18th birthday, so decided last minute to get reservations at hyatt downtown Cincy, to celebrate. We had dinner at restaurant there, it was delicious, the Staff came out and sang Happy B-day to our Son. We watched the NFL playoff game. Went across street to 5 iron virtual golf, then back to Hyatt where we played pool, had great pizza, handmade at the Bistro there at Hyatt!! It was a Great family weekend!! Thank you...

"From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing. The valet guy explained all the parking options. Once to the lobby you are invited by amazing front desk agents. Laroy and i think Richard.
