"Stayed at Ira hotel, located in the Firostefani town, with my wife for 5 nights during our winter stay in Santorini. The hotel is located along the cliff on the caldera and therefore provides the most stunning views possible. Our room was the most exclusive room located at the very bottom of the hotel which granted us total privacy (no neighbors), a large hot tub and the most stunning views imaginable. Our main gripe with the room was that the bathroom (sink and shower) water took forever to get...

"Excellent place to spend time in Santorini . Room and view were just awesome. We had a fantastic stay . Irini , Alex and Andreas were just amazing and accommodated all our needs like daily breakfast and handling our luggage ,booking our activities and transportation . "The rooms where comfortable enough for our short stay but do need some modernising with some new furniture. The walls are heavily marked and in parts there where dents and some mould but well above eye level so it was not that noticeable. For what we paid it was okay but it could be better."

"Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us....
