"The first room on the second floor had 2 issues. The sliding door wouldn't lock and the AC wouldn't shut off or regulate. They moved us to another first floor room. In that room, the shower wouldn't stop dripping and both LED reading lights were not working. Not worth changing rooms again. The room was clean, big, and very comfortable. Patio door was nice to have. Breakfast was great! Room doors rattle when others slam their doors. I put the do not disturb sign in door jamb to solve it....
