"Lovely 3 night stay with my Husband, we booked the vip suite to celebrate his birthday and Christmas and was well worth it. The room was really big with sofa, and large bed, tv is a little small for the size of the room. The bathroom is massive with a shower and jacuzzi bath. "False advertising about hotel. No room service No In House Spa as described. No fridge in room - advertised. Check in is 3pm, not 2pm. Room cleaning seems to only be done on request.
