"We arrived in Singapore at 6am and requested an early checkin which we were able to get. We had to pay extra for this which I didn’t mind. However as long term members of Hotels.com and returning guest I would have thought that would have been acknowledged and rewarded by a discount in the fee. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room very comfortable after a long 19 hour flight from NYC. "

"The hotel was beautiful - very nice coffeeshop, restaurants, etc. Loved the pool area and reception level. The room was so inviting to come into out of the heat and just relax. The staff were all lovely. I was able to walk to Marina Bay area - just the Singapore weather can put you off walking too much!! The only slight negative was the hallways to the rooms are a bit dreary but certainly not a big deal. You'd think that having to catch 2 different lifts to your room would be annoying too...

Hotel is walking distance to vast variety of restaurants along the river walkway as well. Railway and bus station is also just 3 to 4 mins of walk which makes it more convenient to travel around Singapore. Would highly recommend this place. "

Our room was freshly renovated and by Singapore standards fairly spacious. Rooms well designed to maximize space. Bathroom is a bit unconventional with a water closet set up for the shower and the toilet and the sink with storage between those and the bedroom area. Worked well and there’s also a desk and a cozy window seat. Pool area is gorgeous, gym well equipped...
