The room was very nice, although I wish they had a concrete option to pick rooms with specific numbers of beds. We were not guaranteed two twin beds and an extra bed, and so we did not get the extra bed. The in room service option did not work for me, but the breakfast was very good and the mealtimes were very nice too.

We booked a family room and it was perfect for us and kids, room is very spacious and clean. It is a bit of a walk to the MRT but managable. Very close to hawker centre Tiong Bahru, very good option for breakfast and lunch. Great pool and plenty of amenities.

Was just staying two nights on business. Did not have much time in the room. I'm not fussy but I just ask that things work. Toilet did not work properly throughout the stay. Ended up having to flush constantly at least 20-30 times after each event. First night I tried calling a few times but nobody ever picked up after 5 minutes of waiting on the phone. Asked at reception, she said they would fix while I'm at work. It was fixed for one flush then went back to the same. Asked them at reception that if it didn't fix please change my room but they didn't seem keen. Got back around 11, didn't want to argue with them at night. Small thing but even my noodles in the vending machine got stuck. That took 20 mins to fix. For this price I expect more Positives: nice big room, pool is nice, breakfast is good and big variety. Pretty much no service though. I will not be going back. I feel sorry for the horrors l house keepers

We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated it was close to many bus stops and near Havelock MRT. What would have improved our stay is a better TV and a bidet toilet.

Staff really lovely and friendly. Executive room facilities fantastic. Station near but you need a metro ticket which needs to be purchased in China Town. Taxis were a must for our trip.

We had a really good experience, much better than expected from the reviews. The room was large and as pictured. We found the beds comfortable, not hard, AC is adjustable (can even be turned off, though I would not recommend doing that). The metro station is close by. The staff was friendly. If pressed too look for negatives, maybe the bathroom was a bit tired, but not to the point it'd bother us. The price was good, I'd happily stay there again.

The Hotel was rated 4 star in the Expedia website. 1. The room was very small. just wide enough to fit a bed. 2. You literally had to climb on to the bed as there is no room to get in from the site 3. Bathroom had no bath tub as advertised. 4. Not chair to sit on. Would never book this room again. Request Expedia to re grade the hotel an absolute disaster.
