"We arrived in Singapore at 6am and requested an early checkin which we were able to get. We had to pay extra for this which I didn’t mind. However as long term members of Hotels.com and returning guest I would have thought that would have been acknowledged and rewarded by a discount in the fee. Our room was freshly renovated and by Singapore standards fairly spacious. Rooms well designed to maximize space. Bathroom is a bit unconventional with a water closet set up for the shower and the toilet and the sink with storage between those and the bedroom area. Worked well and there’s also a desk and a cozy window seat. Pool area is gorgeous, gym well equipped...

Great stay. Peaceful n chill.
"Staff/Location/amenities/room cleanliness/checkin checkout process were very good. Staff could have shared more about the hotel ( facilities/ restaurant hours etc) during check in but otherwise very polite and pleasant. Pool was unavailable( renovation) which should be stated during booking via hotels .com . Hotel seemed to be on the older side but clean. Room assigned was very comfortable and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Managed to relax and do a bit of work peacefully. Overall the stay was great. Would recommend to others. "
