I would say one of the best experience I had in a hotel, staff was very friendly, our suite room was superb and clean..kids really loved it..location was perfect and very convenient to explore the city. they even provided some snacks in the room when we arrived late night. Highly recommended.

特別な理由がない限り避けた方がいい宿
チェックイン後清掃員が勝手に部屋に入ってくる。部屋が下水臭く、他の客が深夜までうるさい。

こんにちは。監視カメラの映像を確認しましたが、ハウスキーパーのスタッフがお客様の許可なしにあなたのお部屋に入ったわけではありませんので、ご心配なく。代わりに別の部屋を掃除しているため、ご心配なく。この臭いについては、お客様全体を通じて本当に驚いています。この問題についてフロントにすら言っていなかったのであれば、すぐにお知らせいただければ対応させていただきますが、チェックアウト後に再度確認しましたが、今のところ問題はありませんので、よろしくお願いいたします次回、何か問題がございましたら、すぐに対応させていただきますので、直接ご連絡いただければ幸いです。レビューをお送りいただきまして誠にありがとうございます。今後またお会いできることを楽しみにしています。

不便を楽しめる人向けだが、価格相応か。
テレビが見れない、シャワーの水圧が著しく弱い、夜周辺に買い物できるところが無い、コンセントがベッドから遠いテレビ下しか無いなど、なかなかな部分はあるが、値段相応か。

新しいホテルなので綺麗で立地も良い。ブキビンタンまで徒歩10分。帰りはグラブタクシーも呼んでくれて助かった。オフィスビルの中にホテルを作っているため壁が薄く、夜も他の部屋の音が聞こえるが、気にならなければお勧め。
