The free shuttle service was very prompt and a great addition to the stay both to the Disney parks and to the train station. The staff were very friendly and our room was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to use the Chromecast feature available on the tv "

"The hotel is in the busy Shinjuku area of Tokyo but off the beaten path so the area was quiet and felt very safe. The hotel is huge with a lot of restaurants and amenities. The walk to the Shinjuku Train Station is very nice since the tunnel opens up right at the hotel. The concierge staff were very helpful as well. "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a fair number of choices. The shuttle to and from the train station and Disney areas was very convenient. The only complaint I would have is that the property is located in an industrial area, so there are no food or shopping options nearby. If you stay here, plan ahead and purchase what you need for the night before getting on the hotel shuttle. That being said, I would stay here again if visiting Tokyo Disney or Disney Sea."

"I had a great stay my four nights. The breakfast was pretty good, however, there are other options nearby if you want to get out. The staff was very friendly, but not as knowledgeable as I would have liked. My room was very small, but it did the job. There’s a beautiful rooftop with a pool and a great view. They also have a spa on the top floor as well. The nearest train station is about a ten minute walk with no escalators or elevator, so be careful with heavy luggage. I would recommend...
