"Beautiful hotel in a fabulous position in Singapore.. we had a room in the south tour and upgraded to a Fairmont gold room … which included use of the gold lounge with happy hour 5.30- 7.30 free food and drinks! And a lovely breakfast. On checkout day we were able to use the lounge until we left 👍 the view from the room (2331) was simply stunning."

However as long term members of Hotels.com and returning guest I would have thought that would have been acknowledged and rewarded by a discount in the fee. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room very comfortable after a long 19 hour flight from NYC. "
