"Fantastic service clean and friendly staff "

"Clean and beautiful room, cozy pool, amazing staff. Everything was so nice I could stay whole day in the hotel. It would have been nicer if the restaurant was open but the food court of TRX mall is nearby so not a big deal. Not hotel’s issue, but the roads around the hotel is a little tricky/unfriendly for pedestrians."

"Quick check in process. I had a very nice two bedroom flat and it was clean and nicely decorated. I used swimming pool once it was a bit small for many people busy still ok. It is close to KLCC station and Petronas towers and shopping centres. What I don’t like that there was a hot water issue and I couldn’t have a hot shower at all. "Stayed in the queen bed no windows room. The AC was cold, water hot and it was very clean. The location by KL sentral station is excellent and the price was really low so I was very satisfied. "

"Kitchen wise , have not have enough pot and pan to cook, and also plates and bowl , no tea towel provided, laundry have no detergent provides, hanger is Very limited Bathroom don’t have a power point to use , and at last there is no dinning table "
